If there is a difference between this public page and an approved proposal/invoice, the written approved document becomes the project reference.

1garis Studio services must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, personal data violations, intellectual property violations, or activity that harms others.
We may refuse or terminate projects that risk violating law, regulations, payment network rules, AI provider policies, or third-party service provider policies.
Prohibited business categories
We do not serve websites for businesses that sell or facilitate illegal drugs or substances, pornography, online gambling, counterfeit goods, illegal products, scam schemes, or other activities prohibited by government authorities.
We may also reject high-risk businesses that cannot meet legal verification, compliance, or payment gateway requirements.
Payments and fraud
Clients must not use our services to intermediate illegal payments, resell payment processing services without permission, perform fictitious transactions, or avoid KYC/KYB checks.
Suspicious transactions may be held, cancelled, or reported to payment providers and authorities according to applicable terms.
Client content
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and usage rights of all content published on the website.
We may request removal or changes to content if it is considered to violate law, platform policies, service provider rules, or third-party rights.
