Acceptance of terms

By using 1garis Studio services, making a payment, sending project requirements, or approving a proposal/invoice, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If a written agreement, invoice, or proposal is approved separately, that document applies together with these Terms of Service as long as they do not conflict.

Scope of services

1garis Studio provides business website creation and development services, including page structure strategy, interface design, frontend implementation, initial content setup, WhatsApp integration, SEO by scope, deployment, and launch support.

Starter starts from Rp2,800,000 for a 1-3 page website. Growth starts from Rp4,600,000 for a 3-10 page website. Enterprise is estimated after consultation for special needs, integrations, larger catalogs, booking, dashboards, automation, or more complex systems.

Features, page count, revisions, integrations, dashboards, timeline, and support follow the selected package or the scope agreed before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing business information, visual materials, copy, business legality, account access, brand references, and approvals required to complete the project.

Clients confirm that the materials they provide do not violate law, third-party intellectual property rights, or third-party service terms.

Payment

Payments are made according to the invoice, checkout page, or official payment method we provide.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final pricing may change based on page count, content needs, copywriting, product photos, features, integrations, dashboards, multilingual needs, blog, booking system, analytics, domain, hosting, maintenance, and other custom requirements.

Late payment may delay production, restrict access, or temporarily suspend service until payment is completed.

Intellectual property

After the main payment obligations are completed, the client receives usage rights to the final design and website according to the project scope.

Internal components, frameworks, templates, tooling, libraries, reusable systems, workflows, and implementation patterns owned by 1garis Studio remain the property of 1garis Studio and may be reused for other projects.

Revisions and scope changes

Revisions are included within the limits described in the package or proposal. Changes outside the initial scope may require additional fees.

Major changes such as adding pages, features, payment integrations, booking flows, custom dashboards, multilingual support, blogs, automation, large content migrations, or major design direction changes will be confirmed before work continues.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep websites stable, fast, and ready to use, but we do not guarantee that third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, email providers, AI providers, analytics providers, external APIs, or internet networks will always be interruption-free.

1garis Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost business opportunities, third-party disruptions, access misuse, or issues caused by content and data provided by the client.

Service termination

We may refuse, delay, or terminate services if there are signs of fraud, illegal activity, acceptable-use violations, unauthorized chargebacks, system misuse, or unacceptable compliance risk.

Clients may end services according to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
