Payment methods

Payment can be made through the methods available on the invoice, payment page, or official instructions from 1garis Studio.

If we use a payment gateway, the provider may process transactions through cards, virtual accounts, QR, e-wallets, or other merchant-supported methods.

Package pricing and scope

Starter starts from Rp2,800,000 for a 1-3 page website. Growth starts from Rp4,600,000 for a 3-10 page website. Enterprise is estimated after consultation.

Final pricing follows the agreed scope, including page count, content needs, design, copywriting, features, dashboards, integrations, multilingual support, blogs, booking systems, analytics, domain, hosting, maintenance, and additional work.

Prices shown on the website are not a final-price guarantee for every requirement. The approved proposal or invoice becomes the payment reference for the project.

Currency and fees

Service prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise.

Administrative fees, payment channel fees, taxes, or third-party costs may be shown separately on the invoice or checkout when applicable.

Payment confirmation

Projects begin after the initial payment is received or according to the payment terms written in the proposal.

Clients will receive confirmation, an invoice, or payment proof according to the payment method used.

Failed or delayed payment

If payment fails, is delayed, expires, or is rejected by the payment provider, the order is considered incomplete until payment succeeds.

We may request repayment or create a new invoice if the previous transaction cannot be used.

Chargebacks and transaction disputes

Clients must contact us first to resolve payment, refund, or service issues before filing a dispute with a bank or payment provider.

Chargeback misuse, unauthorized payment, or transactions suspected of fraud may lead to service delays or access termination.
