If there is a difference between this public page and an approved proposal/invoice, the written approved document becomes the project reference.

We may collect names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, business names, website addresses, project information, website needs, budget, timeline, content materials, invoice details, communication history, chatbot feedback, consultation summaries, and technical data needed to run the service.
When you use Eline or the AI consultation feature, messages, quick replies, package recommendations, requirement summaries, and WhatsApp readiness status may be processed to support consultation and follow-up.
When payment is made through a payment gateway, transaction information such as amount, payment status, payment method, and transaction reference may be processed by the relevant payment provider.
How we use data
Data is used to contact clients, prepare proposals, create invoices, process payments, work on websites, recommend packages, create consultation summaries, provide support, keep services secure, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
We may also use non-sensitive data for internal analysis to improve our services, website performance, chatbot flow, and user experience.
Sharing data with third parties
We only share data with parties needed to provide the service, such as hosting, domain, email, analytics, file storage, payment gateway, banking, AI provider, or technical infrastructure providers.
For payments, transaction data may be processed by payment gateways such as Xendit and/or other payment partners according to their privacy policies and payment network rules.
For AI features, consultation messages may be processed by the AI model providers we use to generate answers, recommendations, summaries, or service fallbacks.
Social account integrations
If you connect a Facebook Page or professional Instagram account, we process the business account ID, access token, assets you approve, scheduled content, publishing status, comments you ask us to manage, and metrics you authorize. We never ask for your Facebook or Instagram password.
Access is used only for features you enable. You can revoke the connection through Facebook or Instagram settings or request deletion through our Data Deletion Request page.
Data security
We apply access restrictions, credential management practices, and reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
No internet transmission method is completely risk-free. If you suspect unauthorized access to an account or project data, contact us immediately.
Data retention
Project, invoice, transaction, consultation, and communication data is stored as long as needed to run services, resolve disputes, provide support, meet administrative obligations, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Clients may request correction or deletion of certain data, except data that must be retained for compliance, accounting, security, audit, service obligation resolution, or abuse prevention.
