Each document explains one important area of 1garis Studio services. You can read everything in order, or open the document that is most relevant to your current need.
If a written agreement, proposal, or invoice is approved separately, that document applies together with these public policies as long as they do not conflict.
Collaboration principles
Project scope is confirmed before production starts so pages, features, revisions, timeline, and support have clear boundaries.
Starter and Growth packages have clear page-count limits, while Enterprise is estimated after consultation based on system needs, integrations, catalog, booking, dashboard, or automation.
Payments, refunds, and cancellations follow work status and any third-party costs that have already occurred, such as domain, hosting, payment gateway, AI provider, or other external services.
Project data, access, content, and consultation summaries are managed with reasonable restrictions. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and usage rights of the materials they provide.
