Cancellation Policy
Terms for project cancellation, subscriptions, renewals, and access to 1garis Studio services.
If there is a difference between this public page and an approved proposal/invoice, the written approved document becomes the project reference.

Clients may request cancellation before work begins by contacting [email protected].
If there are no third-party costs, deep discovery work, technical setup, or production work yet, payment may be returned according to the Refund Policy.
Cancellation after work has started
If a project is cancelled after work begins, we will calculate costs already incurred based on progress, working hours, assets, research, technical setup, and third-party costs.
Partial deliverables may be handed over when technically possible and when related payment obligations have been completed.
Subscriptions and renewals
Clients may request subscription termination before the next renewal period.
If domain, hosting, maintenance, license, or third-party services have been renewed, those costs cannot be cancelled unilaterally after renewal has started.
Termination by 1garis Studio
We may terminate service if a client uses the website for illegal activity, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, prohibited content, payment gateway violations, or activity that violates acceptable use terms.
Termination due to violation may be done without refund for costs already incurred.
