Data Deletion Request
How to disconnect Facebook or Instagram and request deletion of data processed by 1garis Social Publisher.
If there is a difference between this public page and an approved proposal/invoice, the written approved document becomes the project reference.

Open Business Integrations in your Facebook or Instagram settings, select 1garis Social Publisher, and remove its access. Revocation stops new API access to the assets you selected.
You may also disconnect the channel from the Integrations page in 1garis Social Publisher before revoking access in Meta.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include your business name, the email used to connect the account, the Facebook Page name or Instagram username, and what you want deleted.
We verify ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion, revoke related tokens, and delete integration data that is not required for security, audits, disputes, or legal obligations.
Completion time
We acknowledge the request within 3 business days and target completion within 30 days. If data must be retained, we will explain the data category and reason.
After completion, we send confirmation to the verified email address.
